Joseph Garner, a 29-year-old man, decided to see if he could remove himself from his normal life and just live completely off Craigslist. So he cut himself off from everyone he knew and everything he owned to see if the community Craigslist could take care of him.
Garner only carried around a laptop, cell phone, toothbrush and the clothes on his back with him but everything else he would have to rely on complete strangers over the Internet. Things, um, get interesting. Garner also wanted to see America so not only did he need to find a place to crash every night and food to eat every day through Craigslist, he needed to find a way to get around and that led him to even weirder experiences, to say the least.
